Description
Trace patterns, including continuous line-designs, on this easy-to-see lightweight gold vellum (tissue-like) paper. Then adhere the paper to the quilt for machine stitching. Tear away when done.
TIP: Use multiple lengths of this 12″ width to make the entire quilting motif, or combine it with strips from our wider 24″ width to reduce the number of strips you have to manage across the quilt.
TIP: If you are making multiple blocks of the same pattern and will be quilting with the same motif, cut equal size blocks from the roll of quilting paper. Then use your sewing machine with no thread to punch the entire stack at one time.
Draw or trace your quilting motif onto just one paper. Stack your desired number of cuts from the quilting paper. Set your sewing machine’s stitch length to a basting stitch length. Place the drawn paper on top and stitch through the entire stack at one time. You can use Pounce chalk to transfer a pattern to the fabric, or just attach the paper to your fabric with pins or temporary glue and follow the punched holes as a guide.
