Description
This beautiful collection of late 18th and early 19th century French floral prints was inspired by an old quilt that French General found at a Cahors vide grenier (attic sale). The quilt was filled with antique prints and had a special surprise…another quilt, in perfect condition, was used as the batting! Almost every one of the prints in La Belle Fleur has been salvaged from the two quilts.
