Surveys
Please participate in the surveys to give me an idea of your interests. It takes just a few minutes and helps ensure your ideas are included and considered in the future. Use the comment area at the end of each for more detailed input. The more detailed the better!

For any of the surveys…
1. There is a NEXT and a SUBMIT button for each question (I didn’t design it!!) Do not use this Submit button until you get to the last question. Click on the NEXT button to go to the next question.
2. You have the opportunity to leave a comment for each question as well as comment at the end. If you comment within the question, click the SUBMIT button after the comment to submit just the comment portion of the response, and THEN respond to the question itself and then click the NEXT button to go to the next question.
3. At the end of the survey, the last question will say that it is the last, and then you WILL click the SUBMIT button that follows.
4. After the last question it will ask for your name and email. You can leave both blank if you prefer. Or, go ahead and leave at least your email address if you would like to receive notices of when we have new inventory or new classes or events. The Name field can be blank, or you can leave just a first name, or an online “handle” or username. Click the Submit button one last time to log your name and email address.
